Yoga Classes
My classes are steady, intentional, and rooted in traditional Hatha yoga. Each class offers a balance of movement, breath, and quiet attention — supporting students in building a consistent, embodied practice over time.
You can expect clear guidance, a calm pace, and space to explore both effort and ease. Classes are accessible to a range of experience levels, with options offered as needed.
Students are encouraged to work at their own pace and listen to their bodies. Whether you’re newer to yoga or returning to foundational practice, Marisha’s classes emphasize consistency, awareness, and presence over performance.

6 AM - Hatha Flow
This 45-minute medium energy level class is held in a warm room and is suitable for all students.
Hatha Flow is a medium-energy class that moves at a steady, grounded pace. Postures are linked through simple, mindful transitions, allowing time to feel the shape of each pose and the rhythm of the breath.
-
7 PM - Yin
Yin is a quiet, slower-paced practice focused on longer-held, mostly floor-based postures. Poses are passive, allowing the body to soften and gradually release.
8:15 PM Japa Mantra Meditation
Japa Mantra Meditation is a gentle, inward-facing practice using mantra repetition to support focus, calm, and inner quiet. The class moves gradually from soft vocal chanting toward silent repetition, allowing the mind to settle naturally. Mala beads and hand mudras may be used but are not required. Open to all levels and offered as a free community class.

Optional 15-minute extended practice after savasana.
-
Hot Yin — 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM
Hot Yin is a quiet, warming practice held in a gently heated, candlelit room. The class moves at a slow, mindful pace, offering space to soften the body and settle the mind.
This 45-minute, all-levels class includes mostly floor-based, yin-style postures supported by props. Poses are held for longer periods with subtle movement woven in, encouraging joint mobility, circulation, and a gradual release of tension.
With minimal music and a calm atmosphere, Hot Yin is well-suited for mornings or anytime you’re seeking a slower, more inward practice. No flexibility is required.
