About My Practice

My teaching is rooted in years of devoted practice, study, and retreat. I have trained in multiple yoga and meditation lineages across India, Thailand, and North America. My offerings are guided by a deep respect for tradition and lived experience. Through sustained meditation and personal inquiry, I’ve found sound and mantra to be a direct pathway into presence and connection — a practice I now share as an accessible, grounding, and sacred form of expression.

Divine is not a concept; Divine is an experience.
— Sri Venugopal GoSwami

I am a co-owner of All Ways Yoga, a community-centred studio grounded in accessibility and care for the whole human experience. Community is central to my work, and I believe yoga and meditation are for everybody.

My classes are guided by breath, mindful movement, and deep listening. I am drawn to practices that hold both strength and softness, allowing students to explore exactly where they are. My teaching is informed not only by yoga and meditation, but by a life shaped by travel, sailing, and physical discipline, which continues to deepen my understanding of embodiment.

My teaching is rooted in a lived exploration of presence, breath, and embodiment. Through years of practice, sound and vibration have revealed themselves as pathways into connection - with self, with one another, and with the divine field of awareness that holds all life.

Mantra weaves through my work as a central thread: an accessible form of sacred expression that invites breath, body, and awareness into resonance with universal consciousness. Sound is offered as a shared experience - a space of listening and remembrance.

I draw from traditional yogic teachings, holding them with care and respect for their lineage. I intend to cultivate environments where students can meet themselves honestly and rest in the intelligence of embodied awareness.
